Policies

Shipping Information

M-Edge Accessories accepts orders within the US (including APO/FPO) and International billing and shipping addresses. All orders are shipped as soon as possible, subject to credit card approval and stock availability. Shipments and deliveries occur on business days only. Orders received during holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day. M-Edge Accessories ships via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 business days from date of shipment). Please allow up to 36 hours for your order to be processed. Once your item is shipped, it should arrive within 1-5 business days.

Note: M-Edge Accessories strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. Occasionally, there are delays caused by various factors outside our control. Should there be a delay in the shipping of your order, an M-Edge Accessories representative we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible.

Maryland residents must pay a 5% sales tax. No sales tax is applied for sales shipped to other states.

To track your order, please visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number sent to you in your order confirmation e-mail.

Backorders

We aspire to 100% in-stock availability. However, if we are out of stock of a particular item but will have more available shortly, you can still place an order. The expected ship date for back-ordered items will be posted on the order webpage, or you will be notified by an M-Edge Accessories representative.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We have a 60 day return policy. All returned items must be received within 60 days of purchase to obtain a full refund. Please return your item, along with a copy of the invoice detailing the reason for the return, to:

Please allow 5 business days from receipt of the returned item for your account to be refunded.

You have 60 days to exchange your order. Please return your item to the address above, Attn: “Exchanges”, with a copy of your invoice including a detailed description of the item you would prefer.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within seven (7) days of the date of your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must send us an e-mail message at payments@buymedge.com within the seven (7) day window. Include your order number in your e-mail message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment. Please allow 5 business days for your account to be refunded.
